Free pickup service will continue as usual, but our online pickup form will only ask you for a pickup date. All items picked up starting Nov. 9th will be returned the week of Nov. 23rd., and we will contact you by text or email with a delivery date as soon as your order is ready.
We’ll deliver your order sooner if we can… and if you must have something returned faster please call us at 301-652-3377 and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your request.

While we will miss our Chevy Chase home for the last 50+ years, we are excited to enter our 95th year in our completely upgraded 10,000 sq ft facility.
Our Connecticut Avenue store will remain open until December 1st, at which time we will relocate our customer service & seamstress staff to our new location.
