In February of 2003 we installed a state-of-the-art shirt press, and you should notice a significant improvement in the quality of the work and a nicer finish to each shirt. Please remember that shirts are manufactured in many countries, by numerous companies, in many styles, fabrics, and sizes. And many smaller custom makers and boutiques design and produce shirts. All this leads to only one conclusion:
No shirt equipment can properly press every shirt.
It takes caring people to satisfy your needs, and Parkway is staffed by dedicated, caring people. We hand touch every shirt to account for the many differences in manufacture and fabric, but even caring people cannot properly press some shirts, due to poor construction. Please note that even the finest of shirt makers occasionally receives a sub-par bolt of fabric that is not identified and discarded by their quality control departments (and, in their defense, it is sometimes impossible to isolate certain defects without the benefit of one or more cleaning cycles). Also, please keep in mind that even the finest shirts will age and ultimately break down after repeated cleanings.

Machine washed and pressed, each shirt is touched up by a hand iron, inspected, and 99% of the missing and broken buttons are replaced.
