For several decades, we have been demonstrating our commitment to service excellence by offering our customers free pickup and delivery.

Many of our customers are set up on regular weekly or twice-weekly pickups, leaving us new garments to pickup and clean or repair when we deliver completed items. Others prefer to call us the day before and even the same morning that they would like to schedule a pickup. (Please try to call by 9 am for same day service.)

CALL US AT (301) 652-3377 TO ARRANGE FOR A PICKUP! We have voicemail so feel free to leave us a pickup request after store hours if necessary. Pickup requests should include your preferred day of pickup and return. Please remember to allow a minimum of 3 days to process garments when utilizing our route service.

We offer six distinct pickup and delivery routes, covering most of the Washington-Baltimore corridor:

		Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington		Monday - Friday
		Washington, D.C.		Monday - Friday
		Potomac, Rockville, Gaithersburg		Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
		Northern Virginia		Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

We can visit your home or your office, whatever is most convenient, provided that our driver is given reasonable access to your building. While our normal return schedule for deliveries is one week, we provide faster turnaround service at no additional charge.

Most of our pickup and delivery customers choose a location outside of their home where they are comfortable having garments left in case they are away when the driver arrives. If you do not have a secure location in which to leave items, we will make a note in your record to only leave items when someone is home.

Although we cannot guarantee an exact pickup or delivery time due to traffic and unforeseen delays, we can almost always give you a 2-3 hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery. Simply call the store and ask to speak to your driver between 9:00 am and 10:00 am for an estimated time of arrival.
